What we collect

  • Access-request form: name, work email, agency name, website URL, portfolio size, site mix, and any message you send us. Used only to review your beta request and reply.

In the Orbit application (app.orbitwebmaster.com), for connected agencies:

  • Account data: name, email, and agency details.
  • Connected-site data: site URL, WordPress version, plugin/theme inventory, update and maintenance history, and monitoring signals.

What we never do

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not pool or share paid plugin license keys across sites.
  • AI features draft and suggest; they do not change production systems, and manual text is never overwritten by a regeneration.
